have you tried a new browser, cleared your cache and cookies? What browser are you using?

Have you got the latest version of Adobe Flash Player? You can check if you have already upgraded to the latest version here: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/. If not, you can download/update it here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/. However, if you are using Chrome, Google has a built-in which automatically updates your Flash Player if new versions are available.

Well, if you are not sure of anything, you can always ask the friendly Mods here, they are more than willing to help.

To selmich, that's what most likely happened yeah. It's most likely the Flash Player that causes you to not see the content the way others should see it.

hi guys. First to thank you for trying to help me, I have all checked out and yes, I have already upgraded the latest version. But what is interesting, last night I try to play WO on my brother´s profile and guess what, on his profile is everything good, but when i go to play on my profile, again the same thing, I dont see my players or myself. Sorry if I bug you with my problem , and thanks again on you help.
