Q: How do I report hackers ?
A: Submit a support ticket on http://support.playdom.com/anonymous_requests/new . Try to include proof like screenshot and the offending player's user ID#, the URL of their profile home page, or the email address that is linked to their social network profile.

Q: I got banned in Wild Ones, Please oh please unban mee !
A: You probably violate one of the Playdom's ToS. But if you think you are banned by mistake, you can submit a support ticket here.

Q: How can I be on the leaderboard ?
A: Currently, the leaderboard is not updated.

Q: I can't load Wild Ones, the loading bar stopped at 90%.

Q: I got a really good suggestion. Remove the biscuits, treats , or the facebook credits. Everyone will play with in-game coins, so it will be fun for everyone.
A: Playdom needs income to run a game, so they won't remove treats and FC, any games company won't either.

Q: It's really irritating to click on weapons storage everytime I wanna change weapons. Is there anyway to do this faster ?
A: You can make hotkeys for every weapon by moving your cursor over the weapon then holding Shift + a number to be the hot key ( 1 - 9 and 0 on your keyboard). Check this thread if you want to know more http://forum.playdom.com/showthread.php?t=8388

A: Don't ask to be hacked except reporting a hacker in the forum. Seriously, what are you thinking, asking for a hack on the game's Official Forum ?

Q: What are foods ?
A: Foods are for you to order then you use it to boost your damage for several turns. Here is the list of the foods :
Carrots : cost 5 coins, 5 minutes to order, boost damage by 5% for 3 turns.
Strawberries : cost 10 coins, 4 hours to deliver, boost damage by 10% for 3 turns.
Apples : cost 20 coins, 8 hours to deliver, boost damage by 15% for 9 turns.
Coconuts : cost 30 coins, 12 hours to deliver, boost damage by 20% for 9 turns.
Watermelons : cost 50 coins, 24 hours to deliver, boost damage by 25% for 9 turns.
Super Salads : cost 1 treats, 10 secs to deliver, boost damage by 25% for 9 turns.

And remember that every food after delivered, will be spoiled in 24 hours if you didn't pick it up. i.e : You ordered carrots, when it's done, you forgot to pick it up and you come back in 2 days, your carrots will be gone. So pick it up immediately !

Q: How can I play with my friends ?
A: Click on multiplayer, click on Create Private room. Then tell your friends to join the room. Remember that capitalization on room's name matter. i.e : Aa is different with aa.

Q: If I play on MySpace, can I play with my friend which play on fb ?
A: Yes, you can.

Q: Who is Koala Bars ?
A: It's a candy bar with koala mark on it. Don't bother searching it.

Q: How to change my in-game name ?
A: Changing your FB or MySpace name changes your in-game name too. Other than that, the only way to change it is hacking the game(which you shouldn't do).

Q: HOW CAN I HACK THE GAME PLS TELL ME ME !!ONE!SHIFT+1!!1ELEVEN!
A: Get out of this forum.

Q: How to get a membership ?
A: Buy them for $5 with a credit card or playdom game card.

Q: What are treats?
A: Its the in-game currency use to buy premium items and membership.

Q: How can I get treats?
A: there are two ways of getting treats: achieving medals and buying treats via a credit card, ask your parents to borrow and help how to use their credit card.

Q: Is there any other way to get treats without credit card?
A: The only way is by achieving medals, each medal you achieve will give you 1 treat.

Q: I achieved all the medals, how can I get more treats without credit card?
A: This might sound crazy but if you still have remaining treats, you can gamble it on the slot machine. Good luck!

Q: What are medals?
A: Medals are your achievements through out the game, you can achieve them by progress you made in the game and gives you 1 treat per medal.

Q: How can I get all medals in a easy way?

Membership related FAQs

Q: What is membership?
A: Membership gives you the advantage on other players and unlock unreleased items.

Q: How can I buy the membership?
A: you can buy it with 16 treats worth 5$ per month.

Q: What are the privilege I get if bought the membership?
A: You will unlock membership stuff such as the following:
Members only pets
members only weapons
Members only accessories
unlock the collection raffle
10% discount on weapon ammo (not sure)

Q: How can I unlock the dragon and platypus and poison cloud?
A: you have to complete the collection of each individual pet/item. Heres a guide to how to get them:
