Game freezing up

Twice in just a matter of 15 minutes my game froze up with an odd pop up screen. Both times it happened as I was collecting from my buildings. Here's the screen shot:



I had to refresh my page both times just to clear it up so I can play. What do you make of this?

It just did it again while I was speeding up a machete forging. Starting to get irritating

Tanya, try clearing your cache and cookies.....This happened to me a few weeks ago and that's how I took care of it.....Good luck!!

Already did that this morning when I performed some regular routine maintenance (virus scan, update, etc). Thanks for the suggestion. I'll watch and see if it does it any more.

I read in another thread that Playdom is updating their servers. Sorry I can not reference the specific thread but it is lasting from yesterday (the 22nd of March-today the 23rd). I have had several PM asking me if my computer was freezing. Mine isn't but just wanted to pass on to you that I "believe" your freezing problem may be due to a server update

I finally just walked away when it happened again this morning, and when I came back I saw this video loading:

Not liking this at all, to be honest. How can I play my game if I'm constantly interrupted for a crummy commercial?!?

If clearing your cache and cookies didn't work, try a new browser, if that still doesn't work send in a support ticket. How to is below in my signature.

I figured out what it was... it's not my browser cache... it's an ADVERTISEMENT FOR VIRGIN MOBILE in the middle of the game that pops up. Very annoying, and making me lose interest in the game.
