already used the item... it's like iron man's level 6 skill.

I think I'll claim one just to have one, but will probably never use it.

the Norton shield is an upgrade to the Bana Shield, but probably less effective than the upcoming Ruffalo Shield

It removes negative states (poisoned etc) and gives you a small shield.
