Gifting

ive heard some players claim more gifts per day the limit allowes (50). and im just wondering how its possible to do that?
and the same thing with sending gifts, how could i send more? i know there is the way opening more than one tab of SL in your explorer, but anyone knows for sure, if players get those gifts?

with the new implementation of the in-game gifting center, folks on facebook have been able to claim 50 tickets, 50 postcards (when they were available), 25 espressos, etc per character

I wasn't aware of any sending limits on the gifts since the new gifting center.
I send out hundreds a day sometimes.

As for collecting gifts we are allowed 25 espresso, 25 milk tea, 50 tickets and unlimited lipsticks, chocolate bars and mochas. Not to mention 25 of each crafting material that is giftable. This is per character everyday so that is quite alot of gifts really.

On occasion I am finding that if I try to collect again on a character after waiting awhile (time undetermined...) I can sometimes collect more of the limited items. Not sure why this is and its not reliable, just happens occasionally for me.

First, Facebook and MySpace/Tagged have different gift limits. On Facebook we have different limits for each gift, whereas on MySpace/Tagged it's the same limit for all gifts combined.

On Facebook, if it's letting them claim more than the allowed amount of a gift, it's probably a glitch. Either they didn't get all of the first 50 (for example) or they're not getting the extras it lets them accept. Like Lorielle said, this happens to me sometimes too. It'll let me accept my 50 tickets and then when I come back a few hours later, it will let me accept one or two more. I'm not sure why but it doesn't seem like I actually get any extras.

If there is some kind of hack that allows players to accept unlimited gifts, please remember that it's against the rules to discuss it here and that you should report it in a ticket.

oh, i see!! thats because i play on tagged and the rules are different.
in my opinion, if its the same game, rules should be the same too. because that limit is just funny when you compare with facebook!
ok, we can live with 50 gifts to accept limit. but for sending there is just 30 or something, im not sure. It just doesnt make sence. lets say, i send all the gifts i can in one day (30). my sisters return gifts, but im not going to get 50 gifts, because ive sent just 30!
I know there are more players on facebook that tagged/myspace, but in my opinion all the players should be appreciated and treated the same.
or maybe they are plaining new gifting center for tagged/myspace too?
