I made the deal with Toluna.com and should get 50 gols bars and i get nothing after i made the registry and so on
Why is this so? and where are my gold? =(

Offers are controlled by third parties and not Playdom. You can view the status of your offers by clicking the help button in the Earn Gold pop up.

HBK, I think we're making Master Craft and Wild's jobs too easy by answering all these questions for them. Need to make Wild work harder for his moderator role or make sure he participates more in off topic games

Like HBK said, those offers are controlled by 3rd parties, they have nothing to do with Playdom. Have you got your gold bars yet?

To report a problem with the third party offers do this...

Go to the top of your main FB page and click on the drop down menu next to HOME (top right)

Click Account Settings

On the left side you will see General, Security, Notifications etc etc... Click on Payments

First one will say Credit Balance

Go over to the right and click on Buy More

A little window will come up and at the bottom you will see More payment options click that

Now click the Earn Credits

Then click Continue

Top right of the next window you will see Help click on it.

Scroll down to See My Offer Status and click on it

In the drop down Menu Click GnomeTown

All the offers you have completed should be listed there. You will see some listing the credits you received and some where it will say Report a problem

Click Report a Problem and fill out the form that comes up.

You can do this for all 3rd party offers you have not been credited for.
