LOL. Playdom have no customer service. I sent in a few tickets about my wardrobe not loading, and all I got was the same copy and paste messages. I haven't brought BPs in a long time, and I won't be buying them again. Why should I when we get no help with genuine issues?
I guess with the Whole Missing Boarders... Customer Support has been VERY SLOW.
I have a couple of tickets still marked "New" and they have been submitted over a week ago.
I had tickets over 2 weeks old never looked at, then Playdom closed them and told me to "Clear my Cache". And if that does not work, I should submit new tickets...
So now it is a Total of about a Month since I have been waiting for help!!! UGH!!!!
I have been a loyal player for at least 5 or 6 years. I had a similar issue with style upgrades. When I accept upgrade gems and when I bought gems with bp's, I thought I'd be able to use them but instead they wouldn't let me add upgrade gems saying I had 0 of them when really I had 25. I then had to cancel my style upgrades since I couldn't add gems to do upgrades. Once that happened, my 2 outfits that I had previously upgraded were taken away from me as well as my upgrade gems I already had that I did not use meaning I wasted 5 brownie points then and wasted another 5 brownie points from a previous upgrade since the outfits were taken away from me. I submitted a ticket to Playdom.
This was the response that Sasha gave me:

Thank you for contacting us with your game inquiry. We apologize for any errors you may have experienced. We will investigate the issue you reported, but unfortunately cannot return any coins, gold, points or items you may have lost. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience in this matter.
Seriously, I worked hard to get those brownie points, upgrade gems and outfits. That took a lot of time and effort. Very disappointed in Playdom that they don't want to help their upset customers when they respectfully ask for assistance with issues involving the game. It's not that hard to refund something that shouldn't have been taken away. They've refunded people before when they lost glam or swag items. What makes me different than them?
You can tell it's not a SL centric customer service center.

We use BPs, they're not even referenced in the response. Yet another indication that Playdom just gives generic responses to all games :/
