Well. Isn't that just peachy? That addressed NOTHING. Of course I needed to follow up...
REALLY??? When did customer service stop caring about the customer? Because from what I've heard from others who've had the pleasure of Willa "helping" with the game's own problems, she's a robot! A robot who contributes nothing and is as useful as a baked potato (with only half the intelligence).
For the record, I do not make Style Upgrades after I've gotten as far as needed. This mistake won't happen again.
This rant is to end unhelpful support. Way to spit in my face, Willa.
I'm not asking for special treatment since I pay VIP, this is should be game-wide. COMPANY wide, Playdom.
