    Default Customer "Service"

    So back in January, the Style Upgrade was full of glitches. When I tried to make outfits (not just the final one), I was glitched into creating a BP item without confirmation. Ok great. Submitted a ticket...



    Well. Isn't that just peachy? That addressed NOTHING. Of course I needed to follow up...



    REALLY??? When did customer service stop caring about the customer? Because from what I've heard from others who've had the pleasure of Willa "helping" with the game's own problems, she's a robot! A robot who contributes nothing and is as useful as a baked potato (with only half the intelligence).

    For the record, I do not make Style Upgrades after I've gotten as far as needed. This mistake won't happen again.

    This rant is to end unhelpful support. Way to spit in my face, Willa.
    I'm not asking for special treatment since I pay VIP, this is should be game-wide. COMPANY wide, Playdom.

    (Sorry mods for the image sizes, I don't know how to re-size them to fit guidelines and be read in the forum.)

    From my experience, Playdom will never ever EVER give back BPs once spent - it doesn't matter if it's 1 or 20. It doesn't matter how much you argue with them, they won't give BPs, period. It's probably one of their policies and I doubt if they even read your responses. Ironically, they are more than happy to credit your account with glam items; for example I bought a piece of glam from the VB for 26 BPs but it never showed up in my closet, and that same day completed a free offer that was supposed to give me 2 BPs but didn't. I submitted two tickets, both of which were addressed by Willa. She gave me the glam, but didn't give me the 2 BPs - whatever, I was happy and got the better deal in my opinion then if it had been the other way around.
    I have always found Willa to be extremely helpful.
    On a side note, don't make your tickets so long.....imagine it's your job to read and respond to all of these tickets; would you really want to have to read a couple of dozen mini essays? Probably not. When I submitted my tickets, I just said "x piece of glam is missing from my account".....it's quicker to write and read, and honestly I doubt Willa cares or even remembers that you are happy with the new VIP

    Well that sucks...on top of that, it takes almost a week for them to respond with something that is canned. That is why I will not pay for such crappy customer service. I hope they fix it for you.

    not true. I did get my BPs back when the first glitch in SA crafting happened where they added the BP crafts in the first slot and tons of people clicked on it by accident when the screen jumped, but yes it's rare and not consistent.

    I always get great service from support... They are always helpful with any issues I have.

    The only thing that I have noticed is that it has been taking a lot longer to respond and to solve issues. About a week or so... I assume a lot of people have been submitting tickets recently with all of the reported errors happening.

    Hahah, well that was just to butter up whoever answered... You know, maybe give them the little extra nudge to care about their paying customers. Apparently that'll never happen.

    After that great gift glitch we had where a lot of people (myself included) got screwed on either the 4th or 5th day of the Fashion Week collection, I submitted another ticket of the kitten heels missing from my closet. Here we go again!



    Is this real life????? Maybe just on my end, Willa is a robot. I'm convinced.

    Willa gave me back BP's that I lost by spinning a gala because the page glitched when I was doing an event
