    PLAYDOM!
Why are you ignoring your paying customers?

I play on both sites. Started playing on FB in the middle of Paris & have been playing on myspace since the 1st week the game was released. (What was that, 07, 08?) I prefer myspace. On FB I have 800 sisters, yet I only see 3 ever talking in the feeds. On myspace I have 750 sisters & my feeds are always flying by with chatter. The thing that irks me the most about Playdom (besides not giving us Paris on myspace) is the keepsakes. If they can make the style upgrade glam drop in events, they can make the keepsakes drop in events as well. I hope they never give us that crappy gifting FB has. I hate having to log into all my characters before midnight to collect the 5 day gifting glam. Plus the pop up ads on FB SL are atrocious.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU - Your thread say's everything that I EVER wanted to say to Playdom. I've thought this for many years considering I've been playing for THAT long...I was a member of SL before it ever was on Facebook and the fact that we ARE ALWAYS OVERLOOKED makes me sooooo mad!!! My "real" sister moved over to Facebook to play there, but I have spent so much money, time and energy making my character get to the level that I'm at with the different glams and events - I don't want to start over. It really isn't fair the treatment we get here on myspace especially since we had SL FIRST!!! The other thing that makes me mad is that we ALWAYS seem to have system problems and errors. But does Playdom seem to care or want to get the system running here on myspace - HELL NO!!! COME ON, we were here first - they need to take care of us loyal players...it totally isn't right the way we get treated!! THANK You soooo much for writing this tread and saying all that you did, I completely agree and really, really, really wish Playdom would read and actually listen to us!!!

P.S> I LOATHE, CAN'T STAND, HATE Facebook. I have not liked this online system since the site started. I feel that the whole site is way too confusing and messed up...Even after I've had a ton of friends and family telling me to open my own account over there, I still can't bring myself to do so. I really can't stand that website!!! Plus, the main reason I even have the myspace page isn't because I keep in touch with people, it's because I get on here to play SL (and that's basically all I do).

I've been told it was 2008! I've been playing just as long, so that makes up pioneers and veterans of the game but are treated like crap just because we play on myspace.

It's a simple fix, too. My fiance has a Masters degree in computer programming and has developed numerous games that are currently being played by millions of players online right now (not mentioning the game since Playdom tends to edit that) and has told me that to fix the differences between the two platforms, we're looking at maybe half a dozen lines of code to change and/or add.

I advise you to send in tickets daily regarding the problems you are experiencing with game play on myspace; I do. Sure, almost all of my tickets are ignored, but I cherish the moments when I get those emails that direct me to the satisfaction survey. It's those little surveys that I unload all the frustration that the "customer support" ignores and hope that someone, somewhere is reading it and realizing they're treating their customers like crap.
