    Default Rebuilding City Completion with 0 score and 1 coin awarded? o.O

    When I rebuild a city by selecting the rebuild option. I got reset back to 0 score and it congratulated me. (Had tons of spaces left and barely even touched it.) then on the map it reset back to how much score it was before i rebuilt it.

    Oh and score is 0 and i got 1 coin with lots of fireworks.

    If you are rebuilding the tutorial towns, you don't get anymore coins/points for that.
