Whitney, why do these fit so high on her head:opposed to the original:
which looks much more natural in my opinion.
I don't think many people really liked it so high on her head on the original threads but I could remember it wrong.

Whitney, just a suggestion, why don't you just let your team read all these instead of passing it along to them ? You are loaded enough with work that you can't even find time to write more than " I will pass this along ... etc, etc, etc.

Playdom's goal is to provide a response to customer support tickets within 72 hours. If it will be much beyond this, typically there is either a notification on our customer support site, in addition to an announcement here on the forum. I am not sure how this happened, this information was simply relayed to me from customer service. I can assure you, however, our customer service team is staffed with real people who read and consider each ticket sent.
