Game will not load

I have searched forums for answers. I have tried different browsers (Chrome, Firefox). My Adobe flash is the latest version. My cache is clear. It loaded about a week ago just fine but now it freezes after I click continue on the welcome back screen. Someone had the same problem and it apparently fixed itself because there is no post other than "It's working now". I really miss playing this fun game and hope there is help for me!

Have you tried sending a support ticket directly to Playdom?

That is very odd. If you have done all that , you will have to notify support. Sorry the other stuff didn't fix your problem.

thank you so much for posing the walk through, I sent a message to support. Maybe they'll help, I really like the game, it's incredibly challenging!
