Thought I'd start the thread nice and early today for all of our European forum users. So hey. Hope everyone's day Now that gifting is (FINALLY) fixed (!!), I really want to get cracking on some of the other issues.

I last week's WWW concluded with a discussion regarding Crafting bonus drop rates. Much like the drop rates for Galas, "Pack for ____" events, etc, there is absolutely no rhyme or reason to when or how often these items are dropped. I know it can be frustrating, but patience is key with this! Don't loose hope!

So bring it on! Let me hear the issues. And remember, specificity is key.

I just wanted to say I've liked this SA the best. I haven't had gifting issues, so that never bothered me. I love the glam. At first I didn't know what to think of using tickets for craft items, but it is a way to lengthen the game. I have to remind myself to have patience. It has worked out well. As someone who has had things work, I can say how much fun it has been. I'm sorry so many seem to have had problems. If it matters I use chrome and I have a Mac. Firefox has worked for me also.

Ah Whitney, I hate to be the bearer of bad news but all of my gifts disappeared again about 30 minutes ago. I have always been able to accept them and was not one of those that went weeks without being able to accept gifts, but I have had mine disappear too many times to count. Would you please pass this on to the Team? Thanks.

Thank you Whitney for your effort to make this discussion more accessible for Europeans. The gifting has been fixed, very happy about that and working hard in catching up with tickets and other items. Do you know till when Fairyland will be open?

As another positive feedback, I like this one the best. The glam is really nice and classy. Love the crafts (still to do some catching up there too) and from what I heard there is no going back to prior missions to get another piece of glam. That is fantastic.

Thanks for this info. Including your browser type and version both here and in support tickets is always helpful, as often issues are isolated to specific browsers. This isn't to say that the team or myself is BLAMING the browser for the issue (I have gotten accusations of this in the past) .... it simply helps the team solve the problem for that particular browser. Simple as that.

Patience is not the point here. If I hear the number of complaints and count for my own avi's the drop rate of bonuses craft items is at least 4 times as low as in Moscow . If I look at 3 accounts in total (me, Aly, her sis) with a total of 24 avi's, all did all the craft at least once, and the "needed" ones at least 3 times, we did get ONE bonus in total....

Would also love to hear a confirmation that this SA runs quite a bit more still. Some of my avi's are now just at their 5th day of collecting tickets...(3 before 2 after the gift glitch).
