How to deal with Mass Ninja Bears?

I've gotten stuck a few times now at ~400k due to a ridiculous chain of Ninja Bears (5-6) without any bots. Is there any good way to prevent this? I've noticed if you fill the entire screen and they have no where to jump they will die, is the trick to force them all into an open section while filling the rest of the map?

Hi CedarA,

You will need to use an Imperial Bot on them in order to kill them, there is really no way to prevent getting a chain of items as items seem to be given to you by a chance percentage. Filling the game screen so that the Ninja Bears cannot jump to any other squares may be an effective way to deal with them, but it would be impractical at the same time if you are looking to get as high of a score as possible because of the fact that it would be difficult to get combinations in order to clear out the resulting clutter.

They're such a pain. :/ If I get a bad chain of them sometimes it can take me awhile to recover from it. Sometimes I don't recover at all. Sometimes I can keep building long enough and wait for some bots to clean a few of them up, but not always. I try to keep one stored if I can, also, if they keep giving them to me.

You tend to get the ninja chain at the same point in the early game. There is normally a large chain of bears as well. I have found the best way to deal with them is to have a large clear area which you fill with bears and ninjas. When the map finally fills up, all the bears/ninjas become a single church freeing up lots of spare land so you can recover your game. Keeping any treasure chests on the map if not needed, this can also help by giving known free spaces once the bears go.

Sometimes I can clear out about 10 or more bears all at once doing this. It's very awesome. Then of course, they throw me another 4-5 bears immediately after and it throws me off again, lol.

Yes, Kill the board!! It's not as bad as you would think. Just fill in the single holes to pen the bears to a bigger space so that they all condense down to a church. In my higher scoring games I'll end up doing it half a dozen times or so.
