Playdom Customer Support...

I know a lot of people are having bugs and getting frustrated... I just want to say that every time I have sent a bug report in or had an issue, there has been a decent response from the Playdom team.

For the time being I am still pretty happy with my experience. Others may not have as much patience and I understand that. The tricky part is that sometimes real money is involved. That can change the equation... especially if you lose something due to a bug.

I am willing to give it some more time and hopefully soon the bugs are fixed and the higher level players can start expanding again... I only have a few empty spots left. After that, all I can do is look at my pretty little town.

Anyway, good luck to everyone involved... I have a new town hall to go save up for.
