A Google Chrome extension for the forum

I've been working on and playing around with a way to make the the forum here look a little better and have a little more functionality while I'm browsing it. I've cobbled together an extension for Google Chrome that adds, changes, and fixes a few things. I have no formal education in any type of scripting/programing/coding; so the extension is provided as-is; with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied.

Here is an overview of what is does:

Sets the Playdom logo or, when in a games section, a games icon image on the page tab.




Adds a drop down box to search for "Today's Posts" in the different game forums.




Adds the currently missing "Settings" text.




Fixes the missing thread "Subscribed" icon.




Adds the few missing thread icons.




Correctly indents the sub-forums in the advanced search and lengthens the selection box.




Adds a games name before a sub-forum name in search results.







If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied or wish to remove the extension here is how. First click the "wrench" icon in the upper right corner; then hover over "Tools"; and finally click "Extensions".




Then on the page that comes up you can either disable or remove the extension.
