I submitted a ticket through zendesk about transferring my chips over to facebook and he said

Unfortunately, the accounts in reference do not appear to have billing history with Playdom, therefore we are unable to verify account ownership which is required for transferring chips. We apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this situation may cause, but would like to thank you for playing and supporting WSOP on Myspace.

Now this is just wrong cause when hi5 closed poker palace he was able to move my chips from hi5 to myspace and i was using my same email through my ticket report and it shows history of my transfer to the same Myspace url i am requesting to move my chips from , Is there anyone else on the team that can help me out .
