    Angry WSOP - Freezes up, times out, disconnects, drops me, etc -- Lost 2 MIL since Oct 2011



    Enough is enough Playdom! I play the 500K Sit-and-Go tournaments and when you software decides to crash, freeze up, disconnect, etc I loose my entire buy in.

    This has happend to me many times since October 2011. I've opened 3 support tickets with you regarding this - one of those tickets referenced 2 games that froze up on me (resulting in a 1MIL loss on just that day).

    Everytime I open a ticket I get the same old line -- "Sorry, we've credited you one time in the past, so we can't credit you anymore..." In one of those tickets I was asked if I could provide the table # that I was sitting at -- how on earth could I do that?? There is NO HISTORY - so I can't even go back to a log file and prove to you that I was disconnected because of your software. I then asked you -- "Don't you have a historical log?" I would think that you would keep an audit log of tables, games, etc -- but I guess you don't, or maybe you do, but you just don't want to admit to it?

    I suggest that the next update that you all do -- that you need (1) a tracking system for the end user (2) a tracking system/audit log for your support people (3) automatic reconnect (remember when it used to do this when it was Poker Palace??? Funny how that just doesn't work anymore..)

    In regard to customer service being able to credit back the buy-in: If your software crashes you need to credit the person's buy in - especially considering how frequently your software crashes & that it has no "auto-reconnect" feature. You can't blame anyone else -- this is just your software - because all my other apps (web apps, websites, etc) stay connected totally fine -- Browser wise -- It has happend on IE 7, IE 8, Chrome and FireFox.

    At this point I can not believe you haven't had a class action lawsui brought against you. Is there a way to trade my chips in for real money? I'd like to cash out and go play somewhere else. I'm fed up with it....

    Default Lost 5 Million today

    I was playing WSOP today and I have been working to get the number one spot. I started the day with 14,870,000 chips. I got over 15 Mil and then I banked it and logged out. When I logged back in my total showed 5 Million chips less than what I closed with. Now I only have 10 Million chips. I was in second place with the ranking when I started and beat the 1st place person, and had 5 million taken away from me.

    WHAT'S UP!!!!!!

    5 million in 1 day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Should at least restore me to 14,999,999.99 so I can be ranked #1 like I should be!!!!!!!1 What's the point of a ranking system if you're prevented from banking it! Many of us don't play cash tables for a reason and appreciate the time and effort we put into playing free online poker. If you're going to do this to your dedicated players they'll all start playing "All In" every time and then your site loses all credibility with the honest people just trying to have a good time and turns into "the site" that everyone complains about. I used to enjoy WSOP now it's just another website that doesn't care to maintain they're site. I know this doesn't matter to whoever could do something about it, so whoever counts the beans there get a different job, if you are not going to do it correctly! Restore the 5Million that magically disappeared or, give me a reasonable explanation WHY! Is the "bankroll" capped at 15 M?, if so explain the "ranking @ banking" system that way! Are the "better" players penalized for being "better"?, If so explain it that way! I want MY chips back! Do the right thing, do your job! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
