    Question Questions?

What good does it do to go through deleting all your neighbors that doesn't play anymore, then come back to the game and they are still there? Why even have a delete if it doesn't get rid of them?
Also why does it take 3 screens to give an item back that someone sent to you but you can click once and buy an item?

The first question is more an opinion than a question, but the answer to the problem is that there's a known glitch that sometimes players you delete do not get removed from the neighbor bar. That's not the way it's intended to work so once it does work correctly, the delete will be more helpful. If you're talking about them not being gone from your gift or request filter screens, that goes through FB. Until you remove those players from FB they will always show up there since the filter is for Gardens of Time Players, not neighbors.

The difference in clicking is because when accepting and sending a gift you are actually using FB. FB has set up that we can't "spam" people with requests so each one has to be individually sent that way the player on the other end can mark as spam, etc, if they feel it's warranted. FB also sets up that we have the right to accept or refuse a request. That's why we don't have an accept all button (or a send all).
