Missing Gold Issues
If you are missing gold from the game, you must file a ticket with support. This type of issue absolutely can not be handled here in the forums! If you have purchased gold, but it has not come through, they usually ask that you wait 24 hours to see if it does show up, albeit late, before determining that there is a problem with the transaction. Again, you must get in contact with support about these issues. Support is a separate site from here so you will need to register there again first.
If you purchased gold using FB Credits and the gold has not shown up, you must file a ticket with FB support if it hasn't shown up in 24hrs. To do that: Click on the drop down arrow next to the Home button on your FB profile page. Choose Account Settings. Choose Payments. Choose Credits Purchase History. Look through listing for the receipt for this purchase and click to View Receipt. At the bottom of that receipt will be the option to click on Didn't receive this item where you can then submit a ticket to FB to get the missing gold corrected.
Please note that the forums are a good place to discuss and troubleshoot your issues with other players, but this is not where you receive tech support. If you want direct help from Playdom, you need to file a ticket with support. Playdom staff cannot assist your individual accounts through the forums!

I have made 6 purchases of gold in Gnome Town. However I have only received 5 of them. I have the email confirmations of all 6 by email and on my bank details. I have tried to log a support query with FB but the ID is not recognised so not able to place a support ticket. Can someone help with this.
Are you following the steps in FB to report the missing gold? If so, you shouldn't need your ID since FB already has it. If you follow the steps from the 2nd paragraph in the first post it should have all the info already set up as you go.
I have, once again, been overcharged for gold. I had this happen to me in November 2011 and filed a support ticket and battled with Playdom and Facebook for two months and finally just gave up. This mistake overdrew my bank account. Now, again, i am going to be overdrawn. I went to buy $1.99 and DOUBLE CHECKED to make sure I wasnt "accidentally hitting the wrong button, and yet, BAZINGA, it happened again! I got charged the $49.99 package! How does this happen? I have now spent an hour and a half, trying to read and direct myself around all the pages I am sent to, to file "support tickets". However, considering my first experience, I have VERY LITTLE FAITH this will get resolved either. Why is this happening? Is there a tendency for people to get overcharged? I have filed reports on Facebook, and with Paypal. When this happened the first time, i was told Playdom owed me NOTHING and that I was only going to get Facebook Ap Credits! Really? WOW, what a cool way to make $48! Overcharge me and then say you arent responsible! And I am not getting my money back, just credits!

Please make sure you do not spend that purchased gold if you want a refund. They should be able to correct this for you if you still have the gold on your account. Good luck!
