    Exclamation Daily Bonus Problems

    Look at the Known Issues Article to see if your problem is listed there.

    Posts made concerning issues that have already been logged with support and the developers will be deleted.

    Please note:

    - The Daily Bonus is still a test feature that not all players have. If you do not have it that means you are not part of that test group. Different features are always being tested so if you don't fall into this group you might be in the next one to come along :-)

    - If you had the Daily Bonus but it is now missing, it's a known problem that support is aware of. There is no further action that can be taken at this time.

    Please note that the forums are a good place to discuss and troubleshoot your issues with other players, but this is not where you receive tech support. If you want direct help from Playdom, you need to file a ticket with support. Playdom staff cannot assist your individual accounts through the forums!

    Ah thanks for posting this Angie! I wonder why my Daily Bonus was gone. I thought it would show up again but there's an issue going on--thanks.

    If you're going to give us a daily bonus, why not just give it to us in the game? or send it to our facebook accounts? I appreciate the gesture, but it seems like a needless complication to email it to us.

    It is a good idea, and a common one. Alot of online games have an in-game item bonus when you log in once per day, to encourage people to come back and log in every day.

    I get my daily bonus every day, so I do not have the common problem of not receiving it.

    The issue I am repeatedly experiencing is that I receive my daily bonus (typically ~4:30 PM EST), but every time I go to claim it (typically ~6:30 PM EST) I get a "Reward Not Found" message with the option to "Continue to Game."

    I am glad that I am not experiencing the problem of not getting the email, but fear that my rewards cannot be claimed anyway.

    Please try redeeming the daily bonus email asap. They usually expire after a while.
