The forum mods cannot fix anything and they do not have a direct voice to Playdom either. They are here to help the the forum run smoothly and answer game play questions, but they are NOT technical support. You need to submit a ticket with Playdom direct when there is such an issue.

I've submitted dozens of tickets -- in the past and recently involving multiple issues -- and none of them are answered anymore. In the past, I would get the generic "we're fixing it" reply and nothing would be fixed.

I was under the assumption that since this is a forum directly connected to Playdom, that the mods would have a little bit more pull on getting things fixed or getting answers.

No the mods are simply volunteers who give up their free time to help run this forum. The only Playdom employee on the SL forum is the community manager Aubrey415.

There is a LONG standing bug where if you get an A in a class the first time you take it you can't get the B prize. I (and I am sure others) have opened problems with support about the problem but I just get the "we know and are working on it" canned answer. I (and I think others) mentioned it to Whitney when she was the community manager but it is STILL broken. I opened up a problem with support about specific "B" glam that I could not get and eventually they gave me the glam. I suggest you try that but be patient and persistent and don't take NO for an answer. Good Luck

That explains a lot, thanks you. At least I'll get the other "A" prize without trying. And now I know to start with the lower prizes for the other majors.

I'm afraid it does not help. The grade you finish a course for the first time is always the credited grade for the following times
