    I am just curious Whitney, if they had the same issue in Beijing that they 'fixed' as far as the bad drop rates of materials, why would the issue come up again in the very next SA? If they already had to tweak it for Beijing, they should already know how to fix it so not only should it not be a problem to begin with, it should be fixed a lot sooner this time around. Why do they make the drop rate bad enough to upset all the players so much instead of just making it reasonable to begin with?
    I am very curious about this too, Whitney.

    You were just lucky. I got 3 yesterday - ZERO today, with probably about 140 tickets wasted both days.

    I just think it's funny you guys actually think Whitney is going to respond to this crafting issue.

    Hi Whitney,
    I've done the 'Paint a Mural' philanthropy at least 3 times because it reset itself and refuses to move on, and I'm sure people have done it more than me. I realize the team is 'working' on it, but I have done the philanthropy stuff more than enough times to get the final outfit if I wasn't stuck on this stage. Is there anyway I can avoid doing it because I find it a little irritating to keep redoing the the second to last stage and then have to redo it again when it gets fixed, and then do the final stage. I've sent in ticket after ticket and they still know its a 'known' issue and I'm afraid by the time that it gets fixed, no one will be doing the philanthropy and I've wasted my time doing the other stages again and again.

    And I don't think it was acknowledged of why the unreleased glam, NOT the pink and black dress from the holiday countdown, the black hair with trapper hat, the auburn hair just to name two, were added at 26 bps in the vintage boutique when it was never in game to begin with.

    of course she wont.. she picks thru all the comments & replies to a few.. or gives a generic response like "i'll let the team know". i really dont understand the point of these wednesday threads anymore.. we tell her the issues and then she opens the new thread up talking about LE items.. AWESOME

    No, it's not optimism. I realize that Whitney is as responsive as Playdom's customer service. However, that's not going to keep me from raising issues... repeatedly.
