The problem with this statement is that it doesn't. The drop rate for crafting materials is abysmal and the drop rate for crafting bonuses is even worse. Basically we are just wasting all our 50 gifts on tickets to use on redoing events hundreds of times after we have already competed the SA for materials that don't drop to craft "glam" that doesn't drop bonus glam. It is about as much fun and futile as bashing your head against the wall...Yay! I really like the suggestion that if you craft it you get the glam; no more painful, frustrating, futile "bonuses" that never drop and are never fixed until the last week of a shortened SA. I think this would be a much more constructive way to go about this and make everyone happy.
And no, the 0.02% drop rate certainly does NOT inspire me to spend my money on BPs. I haven't in months and won't until (hahaha) the fundamental core customer service problems are fixed. The sad thing is that if Playdom LISTENED to our (their CUSTOMERS') complaints and actually resolved the issues in a timely manner we would be happily buying BPs much more often. Happy customers = thriving businesses. Such a simple equation, but evidently a difficult concept for Playdom to take to heart.

I completed Beautify the Beach and Paint A Mural numerous times on both characters and still nothing can be done, yet putting out new things on SL is suppose to help us how?
i feel the EXACT same way. they have THE WORST customer service i've ever seen. everything they add to the app isnt for our enjoyment, its to push more bp sales, thats all. they do not fix the bugs in the game until you submit tickets for months on end, and even then things dont get fixed. and as for crafting... i've had enough, and all my friends feel the same way. i'll craft ONE item of each but screw the bonuses.. i'm not wasting another gift on tickets. i'll use my free daily 5 tickets to collect the crafting crap. i'd rather enjoy the game than jump thru playdom's hoops anymore. crafting is the worst feature they've ever added
