    Thumbs up How To Submit A Ticket

    Step 1: go to http://www.playdom.com/

    Step 2: Log In. If you don't have an account yet, make one. Follow the steps. its fast and easy.


    Step 3: Once logged in, at the top of the page, click the Support tab


    Step 4: Once in the support section, click the Submit Request tab


    Step 5: Filling out the ticket



    Category: this section will specify what it is you are submitting today. each category has a sub-category (except none)

    for this it is the 21-digit number found in your Profile URL



    for this, its is the 15-digit number at the end of your Facebook profile.



    it is the 10 digit number in your profile link. to find it, just go to any game and click the My Profile tab. once there, right under your game info there is the My Profile Link. all you need is the set of numbers.


    Step 6: Following up on your ticket. to follow up on any ticket you have sent, click the CHECK YOUR EXISTING REQUESTS tab. click on the section View your recently solved and closed requests there you will be given a list of your request(s) where you can update if you would like further assistance.





    Ticket Status (credits to Matt-H for this part)

    Support tickets are designated several "Support Statuses" based on the response (if any) given by Playdom Support:
    • Solved -The 'solved' status on your ticket merely indicates that the ticket has been responded to; it does not mean that they think the issue you have reported has been resolved.
    • Waiting - The support ticket has been replied to, but it is waiting for a response from the player who sent the support ticket.
    • Unsolved - The support ticket has been sent and put in a waiting list. Support tickets are usually replied to from within 48 - 72 hours of support receiving them.
