Purchase gems/ gold page not loading.

I am attempting to purchase some gold and gems, but no matter how many times I clear my cookies, or which browser I choose I cannot get the full page to load. The only thing that loads is an invisible link to ITunes store right above the Terms of Service | Privacy | Report offensive content | Like! | Help links. Does anyone have a secondary page or do I have to go through this page itself? :'( HEEEELLLPP!

This happens to me also where no page is present. Well the thing that I do to fix this situation is somewhat helpful.

1. Play on Google Chrome.

2. Open up Deep Realms and also, open up your Playdom account on www.playdom.com (be logged in)

3. Hit refresh several times on the Deep Realms page, and then your game should run smooth again showing all pages.

If this problem continues to persist, by all means, please submit a support ticket.
