Is there a reason Myspace players can only claim 30 gifts per day compared to FB players being able to claim 50?
Just had the same comment about the glitches on FB with visiting profiles etc.
Also I too was hoping for London but this sounds like a nice location too, I just hope the drop rates are friendlier and PLEASE make the fighting limits lower!!!
Thanks for the update. Is there a way that PD could instill a count down to Casablanca to indicate when Casablanca will become available? Something similar to the counter they use to indicate how many days remaining we have for past study abroads...only this time, it'll indicate how much longer we have to wait til it's available?
Day two of Casablanca post card collecting.. that equals 100.. and no outfit. I was really hoping to see some sort of improvement on the drop rates for this SA after all the outrage and disappointment with many SL players with Beijing. I'll keep trying of course, but I would just like to mention that I think Playdom would benefit greatly on their bottom line if they actually showed us that our efforts would actually pay off.
Is there any word on the drop rates with this next SA? Has it been addressed elsewhere as to the start date of Casablanca? Are there going to be the same achievements as there was with Beijing? If not, is it possible said achievements could be changed to a more generalized name so that current AND new players coming in might have a chance at said achievements and not just those that pay real cash to finish this stuff early?
florence - Yeah, they may be open to that! However, likely it wouldn't be down to the hour precise...also, note that VIP players get 24 hour access before everyone else.
~W~
Hooray! Any countdown (even if not down to the hour) will be something to keep the gamers excited / looking forward to (or dreading) the new events/glam from Casablanca...VIPs especially will get a heads up from the countdown, and I'm sure they'll appreciate the heads up![]()
So it appears that even though you may speculate that there might be a longer break the trend has been set. Alright, *sigh* I think I can adapt.
I would really like this as well. It doesn't need to be hourly precise, just informative enough for us to know how much prep time we have. It would also be great that if we can get on a consistent schedule. Many people mentioned 8 weeks on 2 weeks off, I think that's great. But even if those two weeks were to be spent collecting postcards and tix, I would still like it if I knew that this was how it was consistently going to be.
Also, I saw it was mentioned that the quick finish achievements was limited only to Beijing? If so, why? Why not make it a general thing (which was helpfully suggested by another forum member, I take no credit for this great idea)?
