I've looked all over and can't seem to find any information on the Gaming Union Decision GF Missions.
Is this a new addition?

Is there a chain that comes from this decision?

Or is it just a decision of 193 XP and $3000-$3500 vs 73 XP and $7250-$8400? Or is there more too it?

You won't get anything special for choosing either one. It's just a decision on whether you'd prefer more XP for more $$.
