Dragon Curator Quest - Beijing and Shanghai dragons

ok i have got to chapter 9 i have gotten the shanghia dragon but i cant seem to see where i get the beijing dragon to complete the dragon curator can anybody help me please

The Beijing Dragon will be gifted to you after completing a series of quests, the same as the Shanghai Dragon

there are no other quests appearing to complete this is the only quest there is left and ive completed all of chapter 9

ok it has now appeared in my inventory but it definately wasnt there when i put this post on

I have no idea if this post is in the right place but I am stuck on the Dragon Curator Quest

It is asking me to "retrieve the Beijing/Shanghai dragons and display in my garden" but I dunno how to find them!

Anyone have any ideas?

I'm having trouble, too. I completed the requirements, got congratulations & even sent out the corresponding bonus for my neighbors. Shanghai is in the garden, but no Beijing. I ran through the Beijing scene another time or two, just for good measure, but no soap. If it's still stuck tomorrow, I'll report it. I have plenty to be going on with in the meantime.

Have you built the ming vases yet? They trigger the 2 quests that give you the dragons.
