Error message then game reloads

The post couple of weeks it has been doing this. Doesn't matter what the item is. I place it then when I try to put it into inventory and error messages appears then SC reloads the entire game. This is very frustrating!!

As far as I can tell it is a synchronization problem with the gift box. Best way to deal with it, until they solve the problem, is to take everything out of the giftbox first before picking things up. This way you will only get the error once.
