** All Issues with Missing / Disappearing Items ** - Read the First Post!

Posts made concerning issues that have already been logged with support and the developers will be deleted.
When you have lost an item in the game, whether it be an item purchased with silver --or-- with gold, you must file a ticket with support if you would like your issue (and account) looked into.
** Missing item issues can not be resolved through these forums. ** Posting about them here will not do anything for you.
Make sure you have cleared your browser cache and reloaded the game to be sure the item is, in fact, missing. Check your inventory (the little box icon) and make sure that the item did not somehow wind up in there. If you still can't find your missing item, please file a ticket! Someone at support will have to look into the details for you.
** Do you have more than 4,000 items (at one point it was lowered to 2,000 but I'm pretty sure it was brought back to 4,000) in inventory? If you do, then you have too many items stored so the extra items are hidden. If you'll use some of them (or sell items you don't want) and get back under that limit then you should find your items have returned. The other possibility may sound silly, but with a lot of items in your inventory it's easy for things to get missed. Make sure you're looking in the correct tab and make sure you're using the "one page at a time" scroll button and not the "beginning to end" scroll button to search.
Please note that the forums are a good place to discuss and troubleshoot your issues with other players, but this is not where you receive tech support. If you want direct help from Playdom, you need to file a ticket with support. Playdom staff cannot assist your individual accounts through the forums!

I seem to be having an issue with accepting items through the message center. This morning, I have accepted several camera and clapboards that my neighbors have sent but they're not counting. Do I need to submit a ticket?? The click is ticking ... :-( Thanks so much for any all help!!
If you've done all the usual housekeeping stuff, mom22boyz: clear caches, refresh game, different browser, maybe even reboot PC - and it's still not working, then yes, submit a ticket. Try everything first, because they're very slow responding.
