Does playdom play favorites?

There was a discussion, closed now OF COURSE, about whether Playdom plays favorites over others when it comes to accounts no longer able to be used by the player (sorry for the long description, I can't say the "b" word); and I say there's absolute proof of it.

I can't post the ID, but, most have seen this account. It was a level 999, hardly any fights won, virtually no missions performed on the account, and it was OBVIOUS that the account had it's stats written in by someone with a back door to Playdom. The ACCOUNT WAS B WORDED and could not be attacked. The next day, it was on a beta and was being punched out and the b word applies to beta'd accounts as well (I know, I've tried) so it was clear that Playdom had to have un b'd this account.

NOw you tell me what excuse the person that owned this account gave Playdom that justified them un b-ing this account??

I dont mean to close this thread too but, The support team is the only ones that know for sure what is going on with account bans. You will only get guesses here or thoughts on why which will lead to accusations by people which are not allowed here. If people want to talk about this with you then it will have to be in a PM and not in the open forum.

In the spirit of dispelling any rumors or misconceptions, the account in question was brought to my attention previously and it turns out this is one of our tester accounts. Sometimes a tester need to alter their level and do different actions within the game to test out certain changes on the live environment.
