- Subject:
Use a descriptive title as your subject. (Such as: "Stuck on Initializing Screen", instead of "Help plz".) This will not only give them an idea of what to expect when reviewing the details of your ticket, but will also help you in the future should you need to go back and view the history of a ticket.

Here you can either ask support any questions you may have about the game, or fill in the details of the problem you are experiencing. Be as detailed as possible.
- Product:
Here, you would select Social City.
- Category:
What are you writing a ticket about? You can select from the following categories:- Billing & Payments
- Technical
- How To?
- Account Management
- Report Abuse/Cheating
- Suggestions
- Platform:
Here, you would select Facebook.
- Social Network ID:
You must fill this in if you are having problems with your Social City account. The support staff will not be able to help you without knowing which account belongs to you. Even if you are simply asking a question or making a suggestion, this is needed.
