lost my chips

help, I started to wsop today and when i tried to sit down at a table i was informed i didn't have enough chips. I had over 1.2 million yesterday and only 4,900 today. I have not played between those times and do not play at level to lose than many chips in one sitting.

WHAT HAPPENED?

I won about 500k from 3 rooms but it did not increase my chip account.It showed for a while new amount but then returned back to old one.And also wsop poker suggest I did not get any gift chips from friends in 8 hours while usually I get at least 4k in that time.
This is not 1st time troubles appear when you add new feature and now it was "how to play poker" school.
Guys don`t you ever get this done right???

If chips have been lost, I suggest sending in a support ticket to playdom.zendesk.com. We cannot do anything for you over the forums.

on 10 nov i paid 20 dollars to get 629,000 chips i also won all three rounds of shoot out and won over 100,000 chips played for less than an hour on the 11th and when i came back on the 13th all my chips were gone except for 9,000 i have tried to submit a ticket but it keeps saying invalid url. and won't let me. i have tried to follow your instructions on how to submit a help ticket. they don't work. i have posted a comment on the help wall along with other people and i even went to your contact us portion and even was going to go as far as applying for a job and writing in there about my problem (amazing thing is it took me to disneyland site. interesting. so i have found this. here is what i want. i want my chips back or my money. you take your pick. but i am smelling con and i think other people are smelling it too. disneyland? yep that was interesting. dont tell us to submit help ticket we have already tried. It was the first thing that most of us tried.
