Why do people say Panda is weaker than Cat?

I know a Cat has higher speed and jump, but a Panda's ability is stronger than a Cat's ability. So, which one is stronger?

Panda is absurdly slow, but its power is stronger and it has great health. also, at the correct angle a pandas punch can send people remarkable distances, dealing incredible falling damage. The only bad side is its unbearable speed. Honestly, its underrated.

More health than cat
Pet ability does more damage

Cat:
More speed than Panda
Higher jump than Panda.

Time out! Stats now make your strength and health go up more. It doesn't matter about the pet anymore, depends on the weapons and stats you have on and how well your skills are.

You can still make the panda a fast, tank. Just max out HP and Speed stats, then outfit it with the ninjitsu cloth and bandana.

i would use a bunny b4 either of those but if i had to choose i would probably go with the cat, but the panda is ok. its just its so slow but deffinatley underated
