Harvesting population, dealing with factories, and cleaning leisure buildings will now take 1.33 seconds per action and is down from 2.5 seconds per action.

The Grid Expansion rules have changed!

You will never need more than 35 neighbors to buy a grid expansion with soft cash. If your current neighbor cost was over 35, it is now 35.
Your Required Neighbors will not increase if you buy grid expansions with Hard Cash.
The Holiday District will stop counting towards expansion.
