How to build my ISO stuff...

Well, im kind of new in here, im at lvl 35 (started 2 weeks ago or so), and i heard my friend saying "save your gold so you can spend in ISO-8"
i started PVP, was doing awesomely fine, i bought human-torch (i thought he OP) and thing (nice shield)...
i was winning, i've got a 20 winning strike, and so i got into the 25% better players.. gold league.. but then fromm all suddent, i've started to lose ALL my PVP fights, i was fighting using only the original granade, that one the game makes you put in your inventory, with that i had 200 ATT bonus and some DEF bonus (i know its low, but i was winning), but then i started to fight some players with 8K+ ATT/DEF, i have NO ISO-8, i dunno what should i buy, i need help with that, and i need help with PVP items, if possible!

i am asking some tips, i dont expect any magical formula that makes me indestructible, i just need some directions!

ISO 8 are gems you can slot in your agent armor/heroes to buff their stats. For PvP armory bonus slot the fangs that drop now during SO4

thanks for the answer, but i know what are ISO-8, i just dont know exactly what should i do first!
i have some friends at lvl 150,190 in my list, i see that they are using the same ISO-8 in their uniform, it seems like they are using some kind of chaotic ISO-8, thats why im asking, i have lots of combinations and i dunno what should i do first, and whats best for PVP!

bout the items, i've saw lots of good bonus items, i am starting to seek them!

There are tutorial threads for ISO builds etc. in the according forum

In general: I went with chaotics all the way. At lvl 65 you can unlock the last 'free' tier of ISOs, the crystal ones are available from lvl 100, but for gold only.
