    Default Unable to log into customer support.

    i went on to playdom support to see if there had been a reply to a ticket i had filed, i clicked on the LOG IN TO ASK A QUESTION button but instead of taking me to the log in page it keeps redirecting me to the home page. Is any one else having this problem? is there another way to log in? I'm using Google Chrome so thats not the problem

    I've had this problem off/on for a long, long time. Whitney worked w/me on it for awhile before she left. The ultimate answer was create a new login w/new email. So I created a new gmail addy for it...and was able to send in 1 ticket. Then a couple months later, I went to do it again...and it was back to the redirection. Another new gmail addy for another PD login...*sigh*

    thats really annoying because it means i won't be able to see if there is a response to my active ticket

    Having to use a new email addy etc defeats the purpose of being able to keep up with the tickets you've submitted under the prior email addresses you did use. That's not a good solution to this issue at all!!!

    No, it's not. I think it stinks. But between another forum admin & Whitney looking into it for over a month and going back n forth, that was my "solution". *sigh*

    managed to access my account through IE yesterday, seems to be working fine in chrome now but no answer to my ticket
