    Hello ), no I did not, thank you for the link to do so, deleted playdom and cache again, and *sigh* no, still nothing came through after I accepted a couple things, thank you though )

    Unhappy No gifts here...

    My gifts have not been registering either. I submitted a ticket 2 days ago, and while I have not received an email response, my gifts were credited back to me not long after I sent the ticket. However, the issue persists. I still have 0 stardust and 0 gold emblems even though I've been sent plenty, which is extremely frustrating since I cannot advance without either. Until the issue is corrected it's useless for me to play... I don't know if I should submit another ticket to have my gifts credited again or not...

    Hi Vaguey!
    It's doubtful that the support team had a chance to respond to your original ticket yet, since it's a holiday weekend. I would add to it, rather than submit a new one.

    It isn't resolved here, either, as of this morning. Accepted gifts don't appear in inventory. As of today, I have dozens of report cards and school books that I can't get my hot little hands on -- so they're sitting there. :-) I'm heading to town and will try on a different computer with a different browser, but even if there's a different result it won't mean much -- if it won't work at home, I'm certainly not going to drive 40 miles to town to play this game. :-D

    In the meantime, though, I've maxed out coins at 999,999 and visited neighbors -- thrice. There *are* things that you can do while you wait for them to fix it, but it does get boring and tedious after awhile. :-)
