Priority on hero releases: Actual Avengers missing

I think it would be a really silly idea to give the Avengers that much priority. Now, yes, I do want Hank Pym. And Janet. And Hercules. Playdom has to balance it out, though, with who people WANT.

Sure, Black Knight is awesome, but how many people would straight up buy him over, say, Gambit (as much as I dislike the cajun)? It has to be fair, and so far I think it has been.

That said, I want growing Hank Pym. NAOW!

For one I think that fact that its called Marvel Avengers Alliance means Avengers should matter. I'm not saying don't make non-Avengers, but I listed 50 characters, of which at least 10 could really use to make the list. Plus some I probably missed. If it was just called Marvel Shield Alliance or Marvel Universe Alliance or something, I'd be fine skipping so many Avengers, but that isn't the name of the game. Also, since they are oddly using Ultimate Nick Fury I find it odd they aren't using more Ultimate Universe stuff. I know they also seem to be trying to key in from the Movies, since more people know that than know the comics, but seriously there is something to be said for Ultimates as well.

Its not really silly because its called as i wrote in my first post Marvel Avengers Alliance and the Avengers part is is key to my argument.

Im well aware that most heroes in the Marvel universe have been Avengers at one point its actually hilariously ridiculous how many when its an hero group where members needs government aproval. Alot of them though are silly things like honorary Avengers, or was Avengers so short that it was stupid and lets be honest there are some that are linked without any dispute to The Avengers and then there are those where you say their names and ask what group they belong to, and Avengers would not be your first answer.

Im not complaining about them being here or having those short period or honorary Avengers heroes available as well. Im just asking if they could make it a priority with releases of new heroes to the game to bring us some of the most obvious Avegers missing the ones that where key members, the ones that where Avengers for many years, the ones that where the founding members because i think it really makes alot of sense for them to be there.

To me having an Avengers Game where new heroes come out that barely was Avengers or only shortly Avengers or honorary Avengers is fine but kind of strange when core Avengers like Wasp, Henry Pym, Hercules, Wonderman, Vision, quicksilver (i know he is comming), Captain Marvel (Monica) and many other famous and most known Avengers members are still missing on the game. So all im asking for is a balanced and logic release of new heroes to the game where every second hero or every third was one of the classic famous long time Avengers that are missing right now.

Right now in some threads its just a Marvel popularity contest where people forget the Avengers name, and just pick whatever Marvel character they wanna play no matter if it makes sense at all. Many asking for characters released such as (taken from other threads) Magneto, Elektra and Professor X ???? Like wtf. ?? two of them are villians in the missions story arch and they where never Avengers in any stories i read while reading comics. The last one is more X-men than he will ever be Avengers why get them before the classic Avengers ??

and as it was said before the avengers nad the x-men are fighting but after they are bring out new issues with the teams mixed up so havok is the leader of the uncany avengers

You are completly missing my point and Odinsons.

I dont care if most of them have been Avengers for a short period of time or if they are Avengers now i am asking and sugesting to Playdom and other players that it get mixed up a little more when releasing new heroes so the important, old school and the ones that where Avengers for many years and many times are released every third or second time a new hero is available. The fact that whats an avengers game without Wasp, Pym, Vision, Quicksilver and Captain Marvel(Monica) they where Avengers forever and a core in the group.

Wanda and Black Panther was a step in the right direction but i hope they will mix it up so once in a while one of the classic Avengers come out.

Avengers Alliance means that the Avengers are allying themselves with other factions(X-Men, etc.) to defend from threats. So, it's not just Avengers in the game, which I like. This is just my opinion on the matter but maybe that is how Playdom meant for this game to be.

I already said that the Alliance was there to open up for other Marvel charcters and im not saying dont have non Avengers heroes either does anyone on this forum actually read what people write in here before commenting.

My point is it is named an Avengers game so let us get some of the classic Avegers heroes that are missing among the next ones released

how am i missing the point what i am saying is that they are probs focusing on the newer heroes as most of the new heroes and old ones are part of the avengers apart form gambit and cyclops

they might want to miss on the old ones cause lesss people mght of heard of them and most of who you have memtioned are now dead so if they wished to bring out new costumes for them like the FF or avengeres costumes ect they would have to desgin the costumes themselfs

That's just a name, though, meant to tie in with the movie. This is a Marvel game, not an Avengers game, and the character choices so far have reflected that, imo. It might have started as an Avengers game, but I think that train has come and gone.

A balanced release, I could be behind. Not one that's horribly skewed in favour of any one group. Even in the people that are coming, there are several Avengers confirmed, aren't there?

First off, in my post I never said they had to do anything, I was just pointing out that the name has been misleading to the content released, and I know exactly why they have done that and don't mind it. Its not like I said they were making a bad game or had to make more classic Avengers or I would stop playing or something.

Also, obviously we should get all the classic Avengers before Professor X. Professor X makes no sense as a character. Yes, I know he's super powerful, but he's also disabled, like honestly disabled, and has no reason ever being in intense combat, that should be obvious. One reason people pick the characters they pick is because they have favorites, like anyone, and often times those favorites are also extremely powerful and cool. I doubt anyone is really pulling for Beak or Artie Mad♥♥♥♥s, as there characters are boring and have no reason to be made.

Totally agree with Odinson off course the classic avengers should be released before ever having someone like professor X come out he doesnt belong here if you can get Proffesor X you might as well release Moira McTaggart, Coulson, Rick Jones or even Mary Jane watson.

Who cares if some of the classic Avengers are dead in comics now heroes die and come back in the comics all the time let us have the classic ones and let it not be a complete popularity contest that decides what new heroes that come out because then we will get retarded things like Elektra and Magneto as characters they are both very popular and even suggested in some threads but they make no sense as Avengers heroes. So all im asking for is for Playdom to once in a while remember to bring the classic, Avengers heroes in to the game because they belong more than Magneto or Professonr X for instance.
