Help finishing peridots?

One of my neighbors has sent a request to help finish building peridots - other than asking for raw peridots, I haven't seen anything on my game screen that will allow me to ask for "help" finishing building peridots. I either wait the allotted time, or pay gold to finish early. Is this, perhaps, another one of those marketing trials that only some players have access to? I am, of course, answering in the affirmative when asked for help, but I'd sure like to get in on that action!

I heard rumors of it during the Coral chapter and appear to be one of the lucky ones now. After starting the peridot maker, when I hover over it, a shield pops up that says "speed up" and allows me to ask 10 friends to help - for the 3 peridot conversion, each friend reduces the time by 24 minutes; 42 minutes per friend for 5 peridots and I'm guessing 72 minutes per friend for the 24 hour option as getting 10 friends to help will cut processing time in half.

Hopefully this will get rolled out to all players eventually.
