    ok,have submitted a ticket 2 days ago,waiting for new quests now for nearly 4 days,all i do is craft lantern oil,clear debris and visit my neighbours,what an exciting game !!!

    At the most Playdom should take 72 hours (3 days) to reply to a support ticket.

    I have an odd question... how do i get the daily bonus?? Ive signed up two of my friends and they both get one and the voodoo priest but i have not and have been playing 3 days.

    Not everyone gets the same features, prices, items, etc in this game so far, the issue will be fixed shortly. Just stay patient!

    I have logged in and tried to submit a ticket but it keeps sending me back to the beginning. It's very frustrating to say the least. All I want to do is let them know there are no more quests. Do they plan to make more? If so when? With all the running in circles to try to get answers here it may not be worth the effort. I do hope you get it sorted soon as I really do enjoy the game. So many others are quickly losing interest as well due to lack of info about the game updates. Perhaps and in game update? Thank you for your time.

    no new quests,no reply from Support,has been 3 days now since submitting my ticket,have leveled up (thought that might trigger new quests),but nope...nothing...will be uninstalling game very soon if the issue is not resolved within the next few days

    When you get on Playdom.com go to "Support" at the top then scroll down to the bottom of the page, look at your right and click "Submit Ticket" in the little box. See if that works.

    Go back to where you sent your support ticket and check to see if they replied, if they still didn't submit a screenshot and show me.

    Me too. No new quests, and I can't submit a ticket, as apparently I do not exist.

    Using Google Chrome. When I try to log in to submit a ticket, I get the message that either my e-mail address or password are incorrect. Strange, it's how I log onto the forums!
