Found a new glitch that hopefully is a one time thing. I stored 4 of my buildings that were fully upgraded while I moved things around in my yard. Got the infamous "lost connection" refresh notice in the middle of it all. After coming back in to the yard and placing my stored items, every upgraded building had lost their upgrades!
