major problems with game

now anytime i try to play the game it loads choppy and my cursor wont show up. i can still hear sound. i cant click on anything to play the game. i know it not my computer because any other games i try to play works just fine. can i please get some help on this. ghosts of mistwood is my favorite game to play and it sucks not being able to play it

I’m experiencing the same things and also experiencing slow response time, the mouse icon freezing up, or the entire game freezing up? I’ve been having these issues all day and it’s very frustrating! Was wondering if anyone else was having the problem? I’ve did a “disk clean” like 5 times today alone. I’m addicted to the game and the slowness is making me crazy!

I am frustrated with this game to the point of deleting it even though I really like it.

I can not send, receive or request gifts. I can not purchase gold either.

Any suggestions?

When you see that your one piece of advice is not working do you actually report the problem in order to solve it? This amazes me to see you pasting the same ol thing over and over again despite hearing from players that it IS NOT WORKING DEAR!!!

It would be a good idea to let the devs know that many are deleting this game now because of the state of it and the poor response to support us.
