What is a known issue?
A "Known Issue" is a problem that the team is aware of and still working to fix. If it's listed here, it hasn't been resolved yet and you can help us resolve it by replying to the information requested in the ticket we send you.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Issues on this page can only be resolved by Engineering team and not by Support.

What issues are currently under investigation?

If you are experiencing one of the following issues, we are currently looking into the problem and will notify the community via the forums and the support portal with any updates.

Known Issues:

Not able to enter Enchanted Forest Portal

Enchanted Forest Portal has no quests inside

Not able to collect correct materials inside Enchanted Forest Portal

Game not loading: receiving "cannot start world" message or "socket closed" error.

World Server Shutdown error.

Fog growing back in the middle of the Estate.

Players discovering multiple copies of the same items and buildings.

Portal Locations are blank.

No quests in portal locations.

Tasks being paused - please make sure that the NPC crafting said item reaches the crafting location before leaving crafting area to visit another
estate, an alternate location, or exiting the game. Clicking or moving too fast can cause crafting to be paused while the game loads the data.

Crafted items not being credited correctly

Crystal Ball not glowing - unable to complete quests requiring Crystal Ball - Please submit ticket to support

Blonde helper/NPC disappears

Unable to collect Daily Bonus

Not obtaining any further quests - this may be due to having completed all currently available content. New content is scheduled to be released weekly

Receiving portal message when attempting to enter a separate location

Check Firewall message when attempting to enter the game

Lanterns sometimes do not clear fog.

Ghosts of Mistwood Friends list not appearing

Friends will show up in neighbor bar but not in request list

Friends will not show up in neighbor bar

Collected gifts are not added to inventory

Friends removed from Neighbor list but still appearing in bottom game bar

Voodoo Hut not awarding rewards

Mouse or game laggy/slow.

Unable to send gift and help requests - Please try accepting gifts individually instead of accepting all and reciprocating.

Tabs for gifts, messages, and purchasing not working properly

Debris spawning too frequently or in too much amount

Unable to level past 41 - New Level Cap is being rolled out over time

Cannot enter alternate location

Unable to ask for ring in the Wedding Location

Sleeping Kelly Portal missing, unable to complete St. Patrick's day event.

It's a problem with the game which Playdom is trying to fix, so just stay patient and wait a little bit.

i crafted 12 lanterns today and only got 6...when am i going to get the other 6? i want to make another 6 but i am waiting till i get my other 6 credited to me

If you'd like you could submit a support ticket, but that's a problem with this game right now (Not getting credited the right amount of lanterns) but it will be fixed shortly.

One more person with missing blonde helper right here. Also can't find any moon tiles from clearing mist for new quest.

unable to collect daily bonus and am level 22. i play everyday for hours and have cleared lots and lots of land and still no voodoo hut. not to mention the money i have spent. i am very upset about this. please fix.

cannot send support ticket because no emails are being sent to me. cannot do festival tasks because it wont open. have lost over 20 gold. please someone reply.

I have lost 100,000 silver overnight. Also, level 24 and have never found the voodoo hut yet, as well as seeing people post about a daily bonus in which I have never seen. also no moon tiles since the quest started. I am running out of days!!!! PLEASE HELP!!! Thank you!

Not everyone gets the same quests, items, prices, etc in this game. It's still in closed beta I'm quite sure and it will be fixed shortly.

To see replies to your Support tickets go back to the page where you sent them and there should be reply's on each on when you click them.

With your Silver problem submit a support ticket. (There's a guide below in my signature if you don't know how to.) With your daily bonus & no Vodoo hut, that problem is normal. not everyone gets the same quests, prices, items, etc. right now in the game. Sorry.
