Beats me, I can't get past chapter 2 level 4.....But it DOES say "Requires level 1 unlock and 5 neighbors"....I assume you have the 5 neighbors??

I wouldn't think your level should have anything to do with it, though I could be wrong.....

Well after playing until my fingers were ready to fall off (not to mention my using language that would make a sailor blush) I FINALLY made it to Chapter 2 level 5....
Holy Heck there's a lot of bubbles to try to pop!! I don't understand why the Devs hate me so much!! ===Dabbing eyes with a tissue===

The tips of my fingers are bloody, and I have eaten a bar and a half of soap as punishment for the language I have used during this quest, but I FINALLY cleared the quest!!! I haven't gotten the 3 stars in Chapter 2 level 6, and it is unlikely I will even attempt it....As long as I have cleared the quest and I don't have the outstanding quest in my upper left corner, I am happy.....
Please devs, PRETTY PLEASE, no more Bubble Quests EVER!!!

Oh, you should try for 3 stars in chapter 2 level 6, I got them the first try. That level is very easy compared to the one before it. I loved this quest but I love this type of game. Will take this any day to harvesting 600 kumquats!!

Maybe I'll give it a try if I run out of buildings to run face-first into, LOL......
