I have a new quest and a direction to adds stone bridge but there is no bridge and no new chapter.... Do others have this?

I also have this. There are new Germany and Philippines items as well. Maybe the new chapter will come tomorrow.

Has anyone dared to buy one of the new gold items (one should be the Cologne Cathedral according to the Victorian - I wonder how that looks upgraded! :-) that is not completely presented in the buildings menu? I am sooooo curious... But I guess I will have to wait until tomorrow!

Yup, it wants me to build a stone bridge and place it in the garden. This should guarantee newness tomorrow!! . Glad for new blitz scenes, but I'll wait to explore those for when chapter 14 is done and I'm bored. Haha

Too bad I can't finish my quests in ch 12! Would love to get 12 & 13's big wonder and even get a hint of a quest for 14... Sigh...
