i'm going to say mjlonir, destroyer power relic takes two turns to build up and a three round cool down. I don't think its really worth equipping.

Mechanical Mjolnir, definitely ... DPR needs cooldown :/

I am lv 81 and the power relic is weaker than crowbar and golden needle gun, the deadly cri tag is misleading because it does not have deadly critical, and the damage varies a lot mine is about 700~1400 with strengthen buff and expose debuff



and the stun never really use it since... after the 3 turn cool down... most things are half dead

in pvp your agent will be dead before he can use the relic.
