    I've been playing with PayPal. I was properly charged and have been listed as VIP since July 2, but I still have not received the VIP-only glam item for the 1st. When should I expect to receive it?

    As much as I am loath to say it, you should submit a ticket for that.
    Why not just change the name to "Glitch Life" and be done with it?

    Those that are having issues or questions about their VIP subs, let Support know. They can provide more details in regards to your account's status.

    I don't think they will automatically give the glam until you request it.
    Lorielle - As of my post on page 1 of this thread, I wasn't sure what to do. Later that day, July 1, I submitted a ticket explaining that I had been removed from VIP without my authorization. Playspan renewed my VIP membership on July 2 and my PayPal account was charged, without me having to do anything else. However, I STILL have not received my July 1 VIP-only glam. I have updated my ticket with this information.

    Do I need to submit a second ticket, rather than just updating the first?

    After I finally read your comment, I agree that I should submit a second ticket, specifically to address the issue of not having received my July 1 VIP-only glam. Thank you.

    So far, Support has gotten my VIP-glam on two of my dolls. It's slower getting it this way, but at least I'm getting my July 1 glam.

    By the way, they suggested: "please refrain from creating duplicate tickets as that can resulted in a delayed response time."

    Yes but if you have separate issues then you're supposed to submit separate tickets.

    I still have not yet received any of the second VIP glam item, but I thought it was supposed to be available on the 11th.
