Lorielle - As of my post on page 1 of this thread, I wasn't sure what to do. Later that day, July 1, I submitted a ticket explaining that I had been removed from VIP without my authorization. Playspan renewed my VIP membership on July 2 and my PayPal account was charged, without me having to do anything else. However, I STILL have not received my July 1 VIP-only glam. I have updated my ticket with this information.
Do I need to submit a second ticket, rather than just updating the first?

So far, Support has gotten my VIP-glam on two of my dolls. It's slower getting it this way, but at least I'm getting my July 1 glam.
By the way, they suggested: "please refrain from creating duplicate tickets as that can resulted in a delayed response time."
Anyone else NOT get their VIP glam yesterday? I never got mine!
Why not just change the name to "Glitch Life" and be done with it?
I still have not yet received any of the second VIP glam item, but I thought it was supposed to be available on the 11th.
